scenic views and friendly staff. from my room i could see the terrace.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel on top of the hill and we had a fantastic experience. The location was absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning views of the mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. They provided excellent room service and made arrangements for our tours. The facilities were top-notch, with a sun terrace and a beautiful garden area where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The rooms were well-appointed with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

The location was central and convenient for exploring the town. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The spa treatment was relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast was tasty and filling.

The room was quite dirty with dust on the surfaces and hair on the bathroom floor. The bed was uncomfortable with lumpy pillows.

Had an amazing time during the New Year at this hotel. Loved the breathtaking view of the mountain range. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful in arranging tours at reasonable rates. The food served was delicious and the restaurant staff took great care of us, especially with our infant. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from outside noise, and peaceful surroundings. The room had a fireplace that was an added advantage in the winter cold.

The hotel offered an upgrade to a Suite at an extra cost which we found a bit disappointing as the initial room was small and cramped. The hotel was located uphill, which we found a bit tiring to climb back up after a walk to the Clock Tower.
